So, more people go to University because of the good sports teams than want to work or work very hard for State Government (obviously, I was born in Virginia and had to get my birth certificate to get a passport and they decided both my parents, who were born in Tacoma, Washington, were born in the District of Columbia; good school system, Virginia's!
