I agree when it is used intentionally that it is no good..but I think that the point of a true mask is that most of the time you dont even know that you are doing it...wouldn't you agree..I think half the time it is after the fact that you even realize that you were doing it..if even then..at least I found it to be that way for me..I could be wrong..what do you think?
