I recently started trying to deal with being molested, and raped when I was very young, and being raped more than once a little over 3 months ago. I have dreams about those things almost every night, and I always wake up panicking. But i've found that the more people that you can talk to about it...the better. The main thing that will help is being able to accept that it happened...and that it wasn't your fault, and that you can't change it. Talking about it with people WILL help. Going into details and sharing your story will bring GREAT relief. It feels really good to get everything off your chest. Good luck.
