I can't get up from the sofa... my family and close friends live in a different city... feel sooo alone. Everything seems so dark right now. I called the distress centre because I was feeling distressed and the mental health worker told me that depressives are the hardest to work with - didn't make me feel all that better. Need help! Feels like I am glued in the horizontal position, my head hurts, I have a knot in my throat, can't cry because meds don't let me, feel alone, feel lost, feels like I'll never be o.k. again....
