You poor thing I hope your dentist can fix things up soon. and just in case this might help, I had achy gums once around the back teeth and I found out it was because my toothbrush could not clean that tight area properly. So my dentist introduced me to an end-tuft toothbrush. It has a small head, only about a quarter of an inch, and tapering bristles and it is useful for cleaning in the tight spaces and crevices of one's mouth and teeth. Maybe that might help prevent any more abscesses? You can probably find it in any drugstore. Meantime, I hope you will feel better real soon!
