I'm so proud of you Eloquent & Judith & anyone else taking those steps outside the door It's like pulling teeth to get me anywhere I need to go, I just like my little comfy space. But after reading all of this thread again, I'm going to go out into the sunshine today. Like right now, going to get dressed and just do it Just out to my yard and rake some leaves, or maybe just sit there with the sun on my face. I know it's healthy for me so I'm going to just do it.
