I think Weight Watchers talks about trigger foods. Take one bite or one piece, and next thing you know, the whole box or whatever is gone and your belly is bulging. I find this happens to me when a food is very salty and or contains high fructose corn syrup - they do use hfcs to fatten up livestock. So I am diligent to avoid those qualities or ingredients. Realizing what was ACTUALLY causing the feeling of insatiability, and putting more protein and good fat in my diet, and eating breakfast, has virtually eliminated the concept of trigger food for me. oh, and getting my cookie "fix" at starbucks, not bringing a whole package to home
