Last night, I took my Abilify and a sleeping pill at 9:00 p.m., hoping that taking it before bedtime would make me sleepy sooner (since I've only been sleeping 3-4 hours per night lately).
It didn't work.
I didn't go to bed until 4:45 a.m. Instead of lying in bed hoping sleep would come, I got up and did some productive things around the house.
Then I slept from 5:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Today has been an OK day. Not bad. Not great. I'm kind of worried about whether I'll be able to sleep tonight and then be worth anything tomorrow at work.
