this is something we do on facebook.
mondays are the start of the week, so a lot of people find it hard... what with getting back to work, or just having the prospect of facing another week.
so the theory is, that every monday, you do something really special for yourself- to help kick start your week
so is anyone going to do something extra special for themselves today
