That happens all the time to me; it has to do with how the beans are picked/processed; not all the foreign objects got out in the first place. They are very clean/sterilized rocks, if eaten would just go to your gizzard :-) but would not do your teeth any good I don't think.
The peanuts have been blanched, crushed, and homogenized so any foreign object would be too; I bet it is just a bit of skin from a peanut, quite good for you actually:
