I thought of that, actually, and if I even try to download the plug-in for mozilla it says that download.com couldn't be found...this page can't be displayed...blah, blah, blah. Thanks, though. I can't download the plug-in because it comes from microsoft downloads...i can't even access that site.

I can do anything with MSN, etc., though, Rhapsody. Thanks too. I'll let you know if I find out. I'm still thinking that it has to be in my internet "advanced settings". However, I don't know enough about the settings to go in there and start playing around.
