Hello all I have a question, how many of you suffer from very real visual images that are terrifying and keep you from doing things?

I have this problem with visual images of senario of bad things that can and might happen to me. It has cause problems because behind doors I imagine people are there and can see them like a video of what's behind the door and the bad things they will do to me. I wonder who else has this problem, I know it's not just me right?
