Today was my last session with my T. He was a post doc and his contract is up at the end of the month. I started crying and told him I was sad he was leaving. I don't know what I am going to do. He told me that the new post docs will all be his age so I don't have to worry about seeing an older T, but I'm still gonna miss him. We got along really well and I felt open with him.

I don't know how I am going to handle seeing another post doc, especially now that I know they only have yearly contracts. I don't want to keep switching T's every year, and most of the time I come and there is nothing to talk about. I won't get a phone call from a pdoc until the end of September/early October and for the most part I have my bipolar under control. What do I do?
