I hate drs being so dismissive of weight gain. It's important, relevant to mental health and leads to all sorts of dangerous illnesses. It's the making out you're the one to blame that winds me up! I was working out 11hrs a week in really intensive karate and aerobic classes and eating very healthily and still put on 10lb a month.
I don't take anything anymore (except NAC) it's not ideal, scarey at times but I'm always looking and adding new stuff to self management.
Really hope you get the weightloss you're looking for.

I was thinking though, if I knew meds would work and I would be stable/normal and not had any body dysmorphia or anxiety issues would I take them and cope with 30lb extra? Yes! Im exhausted.
Thanks for this!
