And some things are not "good for you", but well are part of life. There is a joke that if you don't smoke, drink, eat unhealthy and have sex, you not gonna live longer, but it will certainly feel so...
I think reasonable vices are okay, as long as you have them under control. And yes, some of us "need" coffee to wake the hell up in the morning. I know what I can handle by now, and I am gonna follow that...
