Maybe you should ask for help? Do you have a trusted friend you can talk to? I'm actually worried for you. The first priority is talking to someone who will listen to you. There's 24 hrs in a day. If you are working 18 hrs a day, you still have a few hrs to take care of you. Call a friend. Call a counselor. Call a doctor. Talk to a coworker.
