Glad it's working for you - it's also been used to treat problem gambler's. I was on it on a higher dose than I am now, to treat alcohol cravings and I noticed it did lessen my desire to self harm. I'm on a lower dose of it now to treat opiate addiction, and it doesn't seem to be affecting my desire to self harm.

One caution though if your Dr. hasn't already discussed this with you is it's important to carry a card or something on you saying that you're on it, in case you're in an accident, because it blocks the effects of opiates working. That mean that any opiate based pain killer won't work.
