Just hang in there. Try finding something you can do from the couch. Do you journal? I find journaling my struggle to get moving helps me to see the real reasons. don't try something big because if you don't succeed it makes it worse. write a poem, I find coloring pages on the internet and color, for a few minutes I can be focused on other things than the thoughts in my head. my hat off to you for crying real tears do work to release the strees. I have yet to cry in over 3 years and I keep all that trapped inward. try posting while you are on the couch to just reach out as long as you post, I will respond.
