basically didn't let negative people on line and in my personal life intrude where they don't belong, I figure I have better things to spend my time on then worry aboutwhether or not therapists that are not my therapists want me to take up therapy time and space to do my workm and in general people not liking me and so on, by finding positive things to do with my time like cooked brownies, played with my cat, went for a swim, took a walk, met a friend for lunch, picked up my scale model project from my therapist office building so that I can continue to work on it here at home, got rid of the grey in my hair, made some cards for my child, did some clothing shopping for my child, went to the library and signed out some music CD's and uploaded them onto my computer jukebox.
