Yes, I used to forget my meds all the time or simply not take them but, then I decided to commit.
I haven't taken meds in over a month not sure how long though since my sense of time is wacky. It took some adjusting to go unmedicated, just like it took adjusting to go on medication when I needed them. I'm doing well without them.
Without medication my mood has been just fine, I don't feel drained all the time, I can feel happy, my appetite has improved and I don't wake up groggy every morning.
I do get a tad bit more anxious and have some trouble concentrating but, I deal with it.
You're probably experiencing issues because your dosing is all screwed up. Try the organizer and consider going without meds.
