It's hard, but I think that one of the ways to get up and do things is to shift the focus from yourself to your kids. You did that in your post (my kids recognize when I'm like this)...Maybe you can reflect on your own Kindergarten experience - if it was positive, think about giving him that same chance; if it was negative, then think about giving him the chance that you didn't have. Just a thought. Also, start with small, achievable goals. Best wishes to you. Oh, and if you're not in therapy or on medication, give either of those options (or both) a try.
