i just thought i'd say i'm back after a while not in the forums
i've had a lot on, i've just got a job and i've had a lot on at school and all that.
i've dropped lots of weight from my job and taking a bit more care of myself.
my bi polar has improved slightly, i'm on some new drugs which are really good at controlling the swings.
i just thought i'd say i'm back! and for good this time!
