I've been on Seroquel for a little over a year. I don't notice any side effects really. It just makes me kinda sleepy. It helps a lot with the voices for me. You have to remember that medicines don't work the same for everyone, though. If you are confused, why don't you call and talk to the doctor about it. I'm sure he could answer any questions you have.
