Thanks for that, I have been repeating this over and over in my head ever since. Every time she starts giving me 500 worded paragraphs in explanation as to why for something I think of this 'word budget' and redeem my patience another few minutes before finally cutting her off. If I don't stop her after a while I fear she could go on and on and on and on and on and on and
