what you said to her was mean. however, it is a
crisis line, which indicates the person on the other end
should have some idea of how to speak to someone while they are in distress. i don't think it's a big deal.
i'm sorry it means you can't focus now though. your work must have an odd fiscal calendar to have your annual reports done in august!
