When caves are warm and dry sometimes they are the best place to be. Mine needs cleaning so can't say it's the best place for me at the moment.
Meds are a difficult issue. Some work, others don't, others stop working after years of success. I'm playing the game of "let's change this and see how it works." I'm on my second change so far and not sure it is working. Very frustrating.
