hahah ill have to try it! and i told my mom about my depression yesturday and i have my first t session monday, i havent told my bf yet but i know he would have some really good advice and i would be able to talk to him but im just not sure if thats to much to put on him, so im holding off i have different playlists i listen to for different moods i seriously dont know what i would od without music. i journaled for abit but my hands got tired i somtimes just write memos on my phone

when i cut myself soo many things run through my head i cant even think straight, i just wanted to see blood and have that relief, i wanted to die and afterwards i felt this relief, after the pain of it was like a rush that i was craving
