<font color="purple"> I can relate... sometimes doing something for me helps me to refocus, something simple like a walk, or painting my nails, then I regroup and check out my list for the next thing i want to acomplish... sometimes it works sometimes it dont... I also find that fast paced music and speed dancing helps me to get it out too... depends on the anxiety I am feeling and what kind of tome I want to be in...
