I would like to keep it professional, meaning keeping it to just chit chat... not getting out of my way all the time, risking my own work, just to help someone else who is probably taking advantage of me. The worst and recent incidence was the 3 long-time coworkers got a religious relic and wrote "protect us from _. _ stay away!" in their native language( which I moderately speak). Huge religion posters were taped up on the doors, but the boss didn't want to get rid of them, because they were hard workers and underpaid. They would take breaks all at once, leave me alone in the front, lines going out the door. when the manager wasn't there, it woudl get worse.
