Well it was the other day but I wrote really productively to myself
It has been a slow start for me today, but I am trying to keep a chirp attitude.
I have eaten fruit mostly this week as well- which is a plus of no fruit.. I hope I keep the fruit in my diet- I like it - Meaning I like fruit
Also a good thing, is that I am exploring more of the idea of loving me, owning my own body, and trying to motivate myself for a better goal than just-- aimlessly whatever with it. it is a good thing-- perhaps if I realize that I am doing something for myself, rather than for others, and realize that I am worth whatever I put into myself- well i think that is good thing-- new thinking pattern plan has begun!
