I was a welfare caseworker in Florida. We had disability called SSI. It is not based on work like Social Security is(SSD). As Perna said you would not be eligible for SSD because you have no work quarters(work history) but you could be eligible for SSI which is thru the welfare dep't in the county you reside.
Meanwhile as mentioned call a social service agency, seek out a free mental health clinic, go to the E.R. Its hard but not impossible!
