Could you perhaps write it out to yourself a few times, like practice tellings and then take in a version to the appointment. That way you could possibly get more comfortable with ways to tell the therapist and have the written part there if you needed it during thr actual telling.
For what it is worth, while factual accounts not bother me, trying to have an emotional response to the facts I am teling is nigh impossible for me.
