I'm new here and everyone uses so many acronyms...and phrases that I don't understand... Is there a place to find out what this stuff means? Or do I just need to ask whenever I am confused about something.

Example...what's a "pocket rider"..? I think understand this, but how did it come about? There are also quite a lot of treatment acronyms and situational acronyms that I am just not sure about.
