Greed. Sure if greed = available markets to start a business and use methods completely legal and yes ethical to feed oneself and provide employment for others. oh btw...using 'locals' so to speak isn't quite practical in some cases due to the currency values extant in said companies land of origin. these jobs are outsourced because they'd have to pay too much to make the business viable.
