I had the worst PMS symptoms ever when I was in my 20s and 30s, of course now I realize that was probably related to my then-undiagnosed BP, because my moods cycled along with my periods. I was hell on wheels for the week or 10 days prior to Shark Week for years.....my poor family could do nothing but stay out of my way when I was like that. (I've since apologized---NOBODY deserves to be driven out of their own house when Mamma ain't happy.)

Anyway, just thought I'd throw that out there. Your mileage may vary.
Ive thought about that but I have had a hysterectomy so I don't really have a cycle. Its make it harder to track. I have thought about seeing my Ob/gyn but even if its hormones related can he really do anything to help me?
