She says 30-45 g of carbs per meal and 15 g of carbs per snack. I do not know how I will survive that. And I thought I was already eating low carb diet by not eating wheat and rice. My favorite yogurt, maple, is 22 g already. So that is not a snack. An apple is 19 g. One cup cherries is 23 g (and I used to eat them by the bag - maybe that is my problem?). Thanks god cheese has no carbs.
