siani, a healthy BMI is 20-25. That's thin enough IMO.
Actually I'm in the same boat with trying to lose weight....I mean as far as trying to lose weight and all...but my target weight is actually 165...I guess that tells ya how big I am (I weight 235 right now and wear a size 22).
