"Keane" is a drama btw also "Clean, Shaven" is too. EXTREME dramas. its pretty sad. clean shaven is scary but not horror scary its scary in the sense that his symptoms are very very very bad and you experience them too with the sight and sound in the movie and it doesnt even use special effects. its thats good. they are so bad yet he functions semi well.
