Bipolar NOS dx annoys me...I feel like it's the cop-out diagnosis: we know there's something wrong with you, but we're not quite sure what it is...it's bipolar...just not sure which one. But maybe that's just me.

Are your episodes triggered by anything specific? In addition to that long list of meds, are you doing therapy of any sort?
