Sneezing as something that helps depression -- interesting! I'm going to have to observe myself with that.
"Fun" and "joy" are real problems. I don't do well with those. I do better when I'm not seeking them and just let them happen occasionally.

My dog  mastered the "fetch" command. He would communicate he wanted something, and I would fetch it.
