I'm not sure what a sickness review is, but I suspect it is something like a fitness to return to work evaluation. This is not a bother to read, and I know what you mean about work stress. At least you can get time away from it. I own a business and cannot escape it...anyway, write down your concerns so you know how to express them during your review. Do the best you can to get some rest. I sincerely hope that your review goes well.
