Nope, no problems. I took it for a couple years... Don't know that that is 'long term' exactly...

If you are worried about possible side effects of taking it long term then can you have a chat with your doctor? Most medications have some possible long term side effects associated, I guess it is more about weighing the pros / vs the possible risks. Your doctor should be able to have a chat to you about that.

The newer anti-p's (like Seroquel) seem to have less long term side effects than the old generation anti-p's. So that is good...

But then the newer ones... It might be that we aren't too sure what long term side effects they are likely to have as yet...
