i am prepared to be told to give the contacts a break for a while after what optometrist said last time ... but will be strange to have to wear glasses all the time ... grrrr at having sucky vision

although i am a bit sick of having to take lenses in and out so perhaps it will be a good thing. i'm not allowed the contacts that stay in for a month

tomorrow i am going to shop for frames in preparation ...
