I used to be very short sighted and wore ("bullet-proof") glasses, saving my disposable contacts for outings or special events. I always battled with my contacts though - my eyes are quite sensitive.

I was then fortunate enough to undergo lasic surgery which truly changed my life. My eyes have deteriorated a bit since the surgery but I am unable to have it again so I settle for my much lighter glasses now.
