((HUGS))) I don't know if this might work for you in this situation or not..but would your hubbys father consider coming to you? To be closer to you...So that you wouldn't have to be uprooted from your family and friends and whole life and he could still be with his family. This is what my family did with my Grandfather..granted the situation sounds much different than yours but they asked him to compromise a little and he was willing to do that for their sakes. Just a suggestion? I don't know your hubbys fathers situation..but if he has no family left in Kansas maybe he would be willing to make that compromise with you if you were willing to share with him your concerns about your own father and his own failing health..I dunno..its worth a try?? I will keep you and your family in my thoughts..as you are very dear to me..love and hugs!!!
