YES..... I have PMDD - that is actually what brought me to PC about seven months ago.... I was looking for some support during those lows in which I wanted to take my own life for one week every month.

To answer some of your question:

1.) when you have PMDD is it consistent every single month?

........... and I too have depression and it does indeed make the PMDD even worse.

BTW - know that PMDD will usually only get worse over time without the help of some hormone / mood swing medicine, please do not suffer unnecessarily when there is medical help available.
