I think you are right to feel as you do, Wi. I think it's fine to have different interests as far as music, sports, hobbies, stuff like that, but when it comes down to bigger things that people feel really strongly about (like politics and religion) then it's better (in my opinion) to share the same beliefs. These guys sound like jerks! I hope you find one that shares the same values that you have, and who respects you and your beliefs. Good for you for being so strong and for sticking to your guns!
