As I said, this is brutal. I had broccoli with a little olive oil and Trader Joe's Instant Oats and Flax for breakfast. This means:

So in terms of calories (a breakfast is supposed to be 300 cals) I have room for a small apple, but in terms of carbs, I do not! I have used up my carbs allowance. It sucks!
