Definitely; it is hard for me to remember that too! Day by day. I tend to be an anxious worrier, so I really have to almost say aloud to myself "just today, just today" to help me not worry about the future! I know that we are to plan of course, but I go overboard.
Not saying you are, of course, but I know how you feel about exams. Maybe just study one subject an extra 5 minutes a day if you are way stressed about it and can't stop thinking about it. Then it might feel like you are doing something towards that dreaded week in December...? Just a thought. I am not great with ideas!
