When you get back to therapy you should tell T how difficult it was/is for you when he cancels. It helps to talk about it. If you're a awake and missing your appointment time you could go for a walk... walks can be therapeutic and then you could shower/put your feet up. Do something kind for yourself.

Thank you. For me I think a lot of it is that I have had a really bad week. Half the time I go into t not knowing exactly what I'll end up talking about. This week there was several things that I really wanted to bring up.
I should go for a walk. I have been hibernating so far today, which is not normal for me.

I'm not a big phone person, but it might be good this one time. I wouldn't be able to leave work.
